Illustrator : Learning basic

How to create shapes,

Buy using the ellipse tool on the tool panel, you can select any types of shape you want to work with.

After you have selected a shape you want to work with you can draw it out on your blank page.

When you get your shape on to your blank page you can change the fill and the out line by using using these tool boxes.

as you see here there is no out line on the circles but there is a green fill.
so if we want a out line you can select the out line box and add a out line colour

this is where you can pick the and patterns that you want to fill your image with

on this image i have picked black as my out line for my circles

these circles now have black out lines

to move your circles around you select the selection tool, this will enable you to move things around on your blank page. This tool will also enable you to change the size of your shape

Making text

You can use the type too to create texts on your blank page.
you can change your text font on the tool bar as you see here "set the font family" it will come up with other fonts you can use, I like to use fonts that can create different shape.

You can use the selection tool to move your text around or change size.

as you see here I have changed the size, fill and out line buy using the same steps i changed the fill and outline for the shape.

on these tool boxes, you can change how thick you want your out line and you can also change the opacity.

changing number on the stroke box will change the size of your out line

To change your text and change each letter or shape, have to create a out line with you would find in the type title using each point which is called a handle select the handel that you would like to stretch and change it to how ever you please.

This was my first experiment on Illustrator

I find illustrator a really fun soft wear to work with, and there is a lot to learn and different ways to be creative on illustrator.
